  1. Formwork Construction:

    • Ensure formwork is level, plumb, and properly aligned.
  3. Reinforcement Support:
    • Work alongside steel fixers to ensure reinforcement bars (rebar) are correctly positioned within the formwork.
    • Install spacers and supports to maintain the correct concrete cover.
  4. Concrete Pouring:
    • Monitor the concrete pouring process to ensure the formwork remains stable and intact.
    • Make adjustments as needed to prevent leaks or deformations.
  5. Dismantling:
    • Remove formwork after the concrete has cured and gained sufficient strength.
    • Clean and store reusable formwork materials for future use.
  6. Repair and Maintenance:
    • Repair damaged formwork components to extend their lifespan.
    • Maintain tools and equipment used in formwork construction.
  7. Safety Compliance:
    • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents, such as wearing protective gear (e.g., helmets, gloves, and safety boots).
